New LifeTHE NEXT STEPS FOR YOUR JOURNEY WITH GOD
We Are Here to Bridge People to Christ
Congratulations! Making the decision to follow Jesus is something to be celebrated. It is the greatest decision you will ever make. Living the Christian life is one of faith, courage and excitement. The Bible has a great verse in 2 Corinthians 5:17 that says, “This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!” It has always been God’s plan for every person to have a relationship with Him, but sin got in the way of that relationship. Sin is any failure that separates us from God. Sin, in turn caused a chasm between us and God. (Romans 3:23) Jesus, God’s only Son became a bridge for us through his death on the cross, burial and resurrection. This was the sacrifice he made so we could be forgiven and have eternal life. (Romans 6:23) To receive this forgiveness and cross the bridge, you need to, “Openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9) As you begin your new life in Jesus, we want to help you know Him and live for Him. Here are some next steps to help you on your faith journey. We love you and are praying for you
