God has gifted His church with pastors. Individuals who have been gifted and selected to lead and minister to His people. Pastors are not perfect, but 99% of them are called to care for the people like a loving shepherd cares for his flock. In the coming days, Portland Christian Center will be selecting a new lead pastor. Portland Christian Center has only had to make this decision twice in the last 33 years. That is remarkable and speaks highly of the strength and quality of pastors the church has been blessed with. Our study reminds us of the role and benefits of having a pastor in our lives as believers.
