We are open for in-person gatherings

Great news! The doors are open and there is plenty of room for YOU at Portland Christian Center! With the lifting of state regulations, yet with social distancing guidelines in mind, we are anticipating our greatest gatherings in nearly a year! And it won’t be the same without YOU! Of course, we will still need to wear our masks, so remember to bring those along with you. And, even better news… no pre-registration for gatherings is needed! Just join us for either our 9:00 or 11:00 AM Sunday morning gatherings, sign in at one of our self-check-in stations, and enjoy worshiping with us!

Gather to Worship, Gather to Serve

As more and more people come together in person and online at Portland Christian Center each weekend, we are experiencing God’s favor at our 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM gatherings. As we grow, we also need to build our serve teams both in preparation for Easter Sunday and every week beyond. Thank you for prayerfully considering where you will serve at Portland Christian Center.

This week's Memory Verse

Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

Making a City-wide Impact During a Tough Season

Portland Christian Center Food Distribution partnered with Urban Initiative and local churches to deliver over 150,000 meals to date for our most vulnerable seniors and extremely low-income families in our community. Thank you for your continued partnership, help, and generosity during this difficult season and for helping provide a cup of cold water to those in need in our community.

Next Steps

Discover your God-given purpose and grow in your relationship with Him while connecting with others at Portland Christian Center—that’s what Grow Track is all about. Or get plugged into one of the Portland Communities. God created you to grow through intentional community!

We are passionate about creating an atmosphere where kids experience God in a way they won’t forget. Our goal is to give kids a strong foundation in God’s Word as we pour into them the truth that Jesus loves them and has an awesome plan for their life!

Portland Youth is a community of adventurous, engaging, and encouraging teenagers who love Jesus and love people. We are all about helping students realize how amazing Jesus is, creating a life-giving and fun atmosphere, and building community while doing life together.

Need Prayer?

There are times when life is overwhelming when all we have is questions. In those moments, hope can feel far away. The great thing about prayer is that it shifts our perspective toward the One who stands ready to listen. If you need immediate prayer or someone to talk to, our pastor-on-call is available for you at (503) 245-7735. No matter what you’re facing, we’d love to pray with you!
