In whatever we do, whether at home or at the office; for big money or for a meager wage, in retirement or at school, if there’s a future in it or it is a dead-end job, our work matters to God. He created us for work, and to enjoy our work. So, it is just a discipleship basic that we would learn to love what we do. Our work attitude, our work ethic, and our work quality reveal our grasp of God’s intent that the way we work would be an offering unto Him. Using Colossians 3:17-24, we will discover in how to do everything we do as unto the Lord, and by so doing, turn our daily work into God-pleasing worship.
