Local and Global Missions
Loving our neighbors accross the street and around the world.
Partnering with God's Heart For All People
Local Outreach and Global Missions remains a central part of Portland Christian Center’s story. We believe in reaching the lost, lonely, and hurting—both across the street and around the world—through prayer, giving, and service. And here’s the best part: there’s a place for you in this story. Whether you’re called to serve locally, travel overseas, or give financially, you can be part of what God is doing through PCC Missions.
Ministries We Support
Through Kingdom Builders, we support over 85 missionaries and ministries through monthly support and special projects each year. Each missionary and missions organization we support has a unique and powerful story—and we want you to be part of it. Take a Short-Term Missions Trip
At Portland Christian Center, we believe every believer should experience the life-changing impact of a short-term mission trip at least once. These trips give you the opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, experience new cultures, and share the love of Jesus in a tangible way.
Our goal is to provide 2–4 overseas mission trips each year in partnership with our current missionaries and trusted missionary organizations.

The Pregnancy Resource Centers help women and teens who are unprepared for pregnancy. We help to meet their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs, enabling them to choose life. We are working to make short-term and long term solutions to the epidemic of crisis pregnancies. Providing appropriate services in times of crisis, as well as educational programs aimed at prevention, helps to facilitate that goal. Therefore, we provide abstinence education to singles, public schools, community and church youth groups and we provide an opportunity for healing and restoration to those who have been hurt by abortion through our HEART (Healing Encouragement for Abortion-Related Trauma) program. Since 1984 PRC has helped more then 70,000 women and families.

Serve Portland
Serve Portland is our bi-annual, church-wide local missions event where we partner with organizations throughout our city to meet needs and spread hope. From yard work to serving food to behind-the-scenes projects, it’s a day where the church becomes the hands and feet of Jesus in Portland.
Do you have a heart to work with the homeless, serve food to the needy, or maybe something more “behind the scenes” like painting, yard work, stocking shelves, cleaning, or even babysitting for single parents?
If that is you, come with us as we partner with local mission organizations to help spread the Love of God, Present Hope, and Develop People (you may find the person that grows the most is you, the one serving, not the one you are serving).
Partner With Us in Missions
Portland Christian Center has a long legacy of supporting missions both accross the street and around the world. Why? becuase we share God’s heart for people, and we want to be part of His story of bringing hope, healing, and love to those who have yet to hear about Him.
One of the best ways to get involved is through a Faith Promise commitment—a pledge to give regularly to missions. You can also give directly to Kingdom Builders, which supports missionaries, ministries, and special projects locally and globally. Every gift, big or small, helps us keep sending, serving, and sharing God’s love. Whether you make a pledge or give a one-time gift, your generosity is changing lives.
