Application Process

Complete Application Packet

Complete the School Application and submit it to Hilltop’s office in person or via email along with the application fee. Kindergarten families, please include a copy of your student’s birth certificate.

Application Fee
(non-refundable):

New Student: $150.00
Returning Student: $100.00

Please note: your application file is complete & ready to be processed when all forms are completed and fees paid.

Processing & Placement

If Hilltop cannot place your student in any class, due to space limitations, the application fee will be refunded, less an administrative fee. However, when space becomes available in a class, applicants will be reviewed based on the date of approved applications to determine admittance in accordance with our admission policy and process.

Confirmation Letter

Congratulations, you have been accepted! Once your application has been processed and a placement decision has been made, we will contact you via email, letting you know of your student’s acceptance and placement.

Tuition

Tuition is based on an annual amount, ranging from $3,000.00 to $6,500.00 which is divided into 10 equal payments. You may pay the entire amount at the beginning of the year, or make monthly payments by the 10th of each month, August through May.
